Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing https://westchestergamezone.com (the “Site”) or visiting Westchester Game Zone on the 2nd floor egame room, inside the westchester gym at 11 Clearbrook Road, Elmsford, NY 10523(the “Lounge”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Lounge.
2. Waiver requirement
All guests — including minors, accompanied by a parent or guardian who signs on their behalf — must complete and sign our liability waiver before entering the eGame Room or any other activity space. The waiver is available at /waiver. Participation without a signed waiver is not permitted.
3. Code of conduct
All guests are expected to follow our code of conduct, summarized on the About page. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session for any guest who behaves in a way that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to staff or other guests. No refunds are issued in these cases.
4. Bookings and refunds
Birthday parties, tournament entries, camp registrations, and corporate event bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund terms communicated at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable inside 14 days of the event date unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
5. Site content
All copy, photos, logos, game cover art, and code on this Site are either the property of Westchester Game Zone or used under license from the respective rights-holders. You may share links to the Site freely. You may not republish or commercially reuse our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westchester Game Zone is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability for participation at the Lounge is governed by the signed waiver.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
