Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I register for a party?

    Pick a package below and click its Book button. Choose a date and time from the ones we have open, then sign the waiver and pay. You'll get a confirmation email right after with a link you can share with your guests so they can sign their own waivers ahead of the party.

  • What happens during the party?

    The eGame Room is reserved exclusively for your group. Guests rotate through new and classic titles on PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch. Hosts handle the controllers, console swaps, and any in-game help. (eGame Parties are drop-off only.)

  • Do all guests need to fill out a waiver?

    Yes. Every participant must complete the waiver before entering the gaming room. You can complete it ahead of time at the link below — saves you the line at check-in.

  • What if I want more than the included rooms?

    The VIP Facility Party already includes the Ninja, Nerf, Basketball, and eGame areas. For the Super and Decorated Bash packages, those add-ons are available for an extra fee — just ask your Party Coordinator.

  • Is there food?

    Pizza, snacks, and drinks are included with every package. You're welcome to bring your own cake.
